By accessing or using RooftopBars ("the Service"), including the website rooftopbars.co and the RooftopBars mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Service is intended for users who are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and update your information as needed
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we find objectionable.

6. Bar Information

The Service provides information about rooftop bars for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of hours, prices, or availability
  • That bars listed are currently open or operating
  • The quality or safety of any establishment
  • That information is complete or up-to-date

Always verify information directly with establishments before visiting.

7. Responsible Drinking

RooftopBars promotes responsible alcohol consumption. Please drink responsibly, never drink and drive, and be aware of your limits. The Service is not intended to encourage excessive drinking. Badges and achievements are meant as fun tracking features, not encouragement to drink more.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by RooftopBars and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
