Stephen F's Bar and Terrace

Located inside the historic Stephen F's Sonesta Hotel, this is a lounge/rooftop bar & terrace. With food service, this has a great view of the Capitol building. This is sneaking into the rooftop list on a technicality, but we're letting it go due to the historicity and the view of the Capitol building. Worth a visit if you're downtown.
