The Roof is also available in a skybar version on the roofs. Every evening, the bar comes alive around three living spaces, the lounge bar with its art deco spirit, the covered terrace and the infinity pool terrace with its exotic spirit... for a moment of relaxation and of conviviality out of time. These spaces invite you to enjoy the present moment around a unique cocktail, inspired by the great classics or more contemporary creations, accompanied by plates “to share” on the sounds of DJ Julia R. and her collective 'Expandables' . Chef Lori Moreau has imagined a fingerfood menu with accents from around the world. Tuna just seared a la plancha and its Ponzu sauce, the famous Briozza – half brioche half pizza -, or the Guacamole prepared minute under the eyes of the hosts, are so many pleasures to enjoy by the pool at sunset
