Arriba Abajo isn't a rooftop bar - it's a rooftop cantina! Great food and venue. The rooftop view in our opinion is one of the best as it's in the heart of downtown with a great view of the Frost building. Formerly Wax Myrtles, the food is better now. Closes early, so a great place to get dinner before heading out somewhere else.
