With contemporary cuisine based on Portuguese roots, the cuisine of our Chef Nuno Barros is proud to use the best national products, seasonal and organic ingredients, from small producers, promoting sustainability and fair trade. We apply the same philosophy in our eclectic selection of wines, small productions, relatively unknown producers, with character and stories to tell.
